Sandhurst of Urban Estates was released in February 2019, prompted by the high demand from Urban Estates Stage One. With such a perfect location these sections have understandably proved very popular. Sandhurst is situated directly across from the Rolleston Christian School with the Rolleston College and the Selwyn Aquatic Centre a short distance away. With Sandhurst being situated at 582 Springston Rolleston Road the distance to Lincoln University is only 7km away.
